YouTube, arguably today’s most popular video sharing and streaming website is constantly upgrading and making changes to its services to keep the user interest at large. - It incorporates the features and functionality you’ve come to expect from the .com site, like search query suggestions, the options to create playlists, the ability to designate “favorite, like or unlike videos directly from your device.
- As we make improvements to Youtube.com, you’ll see them quickly follow on our mobile site, unlike native apps which are not updated as frequently.
The new YouTube mobile website promises to make the iPhone app for YouTube obsolete in many ways. The mobile website will now offer videos in H.264 video format which are suitable for smartphones like iPhone can be played directly in mobile Safari.
